Laura Lamera

Laura G. Lamera is a lawyer admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation. A Law graduate of the University of Milan, she has worked for many years in civil, commercial and employment law, including international matters and mergers and acquisitions.

She handles litigation and the work that can often prevent it: drafting contracts, negotiating agreements and managing business relationships and periods of change. In employment law she advises both businesses and employees on workforce organisation, individual and collective dismissals, trade union negotiations and disputes.

Her commercial practice covers sales, works and services, agency, distribution, leases and business cooperation. She assists with negotiations and with disputes arising during the performance of agreements.

She also handles professional liability, particularly medical liability. Contractual relationships, business organisation and liability often overlap in these cases. Her approach is to understand the whole situation before narrowing it down to the legal issues.
