NL Impresa accompagna l’attività quotidiana, i cambiamenti e le controversie dell’impresa. NL Diritto Civile riguarda contratti e patrimoni, famiglia e successioni, responsabilità e danni alla persona. Due percorsi, con lo stesso metodo di analisi e di confronto.

How We Work
A matter begins with the client’s account and a review of the documents. We reconstruct the facts, assess the evidence and test our initial reading of the case against the arguments the other side may raise.
We then compare the available routes: negotiation, mediation or court proceedings. Time, cost and the practical value of an outcome are part of that assessment. If proceedings would serve no useful purpose, we say so; if they are needed, we prepare the case carefully.
The lawyer responsible remains the client’s direct point of contact, consulting colleagues when a matter calls for different expertise. We take care over the drafting of contracts and court documents: an argument must be precise, clear and able to withstand challenge. We explain decisions and review them with the client as the matter develops.
