Laura Povia

Laura Povia is a lawyer and a member of the Milan Bar. She studied at the University of Milan. Her practice focuses on family law, civil law and civil liability, providing advice and representation both in and out of court.

 

She handles family matters, contractual relationships, insurance disputes and compensation claims. Her experience also covers debt recovery, succession and employment law. Her advice begins with an analysis of the case and the available options: discussions with the other party, alternative dispute resolution and, where necessary, court proceedings.

 

She is a member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Ricovero Martinelli Impresa Sociale in Cinisello Balsamo, appointed by the Prefect of Milan on 24 January 2023. This role complements her legal practice in the local community.

 

Following the integration of Studio Legale Povia – Sansonetti into NL Studio Legale, she continues to assist clients at the Cinisello Balsamo office, at Via Giovanni Frova 3, and the Milan office, at Corso Sempione 2.
